Local: Kaukauna Knights of Columbus Council #1033

From the moment of our founding in 1882, charity has been the first principle of the Knights of Columbus. We are men of faith and men of action.

Last year alone, in addition to raising and donating more than $151 million to charitable needs and projects, Knights volunteered more than 69 million hours of their time to charitable causes. We undertake these acts of charity because we see those in need through the eyes of faith. Moreover, in the Knights of Columbus, we approach these acts of charity together.  Pope Benedict XVI calls this the "practice of love...as a community."

Council 1033 serves Kaukauna and its two Catholic parishes. By partnering with other councils and charitable institutions, we support projects throughout the Fox Valley and the rest of the state. Our work strives to recognize every individual's dignity, with particular emphasis on the vulnerable of our society such as unborn children, people with cognitive disabilities, immigrants, and the poor. We also maintain at each parish "Round Tables" whose membership is open to any parishioner and serves at the direction of the pastor. You can explore our council's activities at www.kofc1033.org and then consider becoming a member of a council.
